Role Summary:
The FM Supervisor leads daily site operations, manages PPM/CM tasks, enforces safety standards, and acts as the key contact for clients while overseeing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical and cleaning teams across assigned properties.
- Develop PPM schedules and track completion.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors (fire systems, lifts, pest control, etc.).
- Ensure materials, tools, and spares are available on site.
- Respond to emergencies and support 24/7 operations.
- Assist with budgeting and cost-control measures.
- Participate in client meetings and manage service quality.
- Comply with HSE and permit‑to‑work procedures
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years experience in FM operations.( UAE preferred )
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to lead multi-skilled teams.
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance.
- Must be organized, honest, and work well with others, and have an outgoing personality.
- Excellent client-handling skills.
- Must speak in a clear, understandable voice and hear at a basic level, and understand English.
